When you arrive

Switch on your hazard lights when entering the site and keep your speed to 5km/h (walking pace) at all times

Check-In on Arrival & Stallholder Parking

Safety Requirements – Marquee Weights

To ensure the safety of all stallholders and visitors, correct marquee weighting is mandatory.

All 3m x 3m marquees must have a minimum of 20kg per leg, and pegs cannot be used on the grassed areas. Stalls cannot operate without proper weighting, so please check your setup before the market opens. If you need guidance, you can view our Marquee Weight Guide online or download the PDF version provided. Please be aware that any marquees deemed unsafe may be required to pack down.

RECOMMENDED WEIGHTS

BUMP OUT

Bump-out will begin strictly at 5:00pm, once the market has officially closed and visitors have safely exited the precinct. All stallholders are expected to be off site by 6:00pm

To ensure a safe and orderly pack-down:

  • Do not bring vehicles into the market area until advised by the Market Manager or volunteers.
  • Pack down your stall completely before returning to your vehicle.
  • Once given the all-clear, please re-enter the site slowly (5km/h) with hazard lights on.
  • Load your vehicle as quickly as possible to keep traffic flowing.
  • Be mindful of pedestrians, other stallholders, and our volunteers assisting with bump-out.
  • Please leave your site clean and free of rubbish.

Thank you for helping us keep the process safe, smooth, and efficient for everyone.
