Every market is a team effort. If you have questions about bump-in, stall setup, weather, policies, safety or anything else, we are always happy to assist, but please allow up to 48 hours to respond.
Asking for Help on Market Day
If you’re unsure about anything on the day, please reach out for assistance at any time. You can look for our Market Manager or volunteers, visit the check-in desk, or ask the friendly stallholders around you. If you notice any safety concerns, notify us immediately — the Market Manager’s contact number is provided in your Bump-In email. We are here to support you throughout the entire event and want you to feel confident and cared for on market day.

Starting out can feel overwhelming, but we aim to make the process simple and welcoming.
- Arrive early to give yourself time to set up
- Keep your stall layout simple and uncluttered
- Practice your setup at home if you can
- Don’t hesitate to ask neighbouring stallholders for advice
- Bring a small personal essentials kit (water, snacks, spare pegs, cable ties)

While we cannot lift items for you, we can guide you to safe loading areas and assist with directions.
For safety, early pack-down requires approval. Speak with us first.
Check with neighbours — our community is generous, and often someone has a spare clip, cable tie or power bank.
